Zebra Printing on PCs

Supported Zebra printers on PCs include any 300 dpi Zebra printer capable of receiving ZPL commands.

For Zebra printers on PCs, please complete the following steps:

  1. Install the appropriate driver for your Zebra printer, then verify it can print using the standard Windows print dialog window.

  2. To begin, download the Zebra Browser Print utility. To do so, you'll need to fill out the Browser Print request form:

  3. Unzip the executable and run the installation file.

  4. Run the the installation steps taking all the defaults.

  5. Once installed, verify the Browser Print icon is in the system tray:

  6. Right-click on the browser print icon, then select the "Settings" menu option.

  7. Confirm that your zebra printer shows up under the "Default Devices" section.

    If no printers are listed, please confirm that your Zebra printer is connected and turned on, then restart the Zebra Browser Print service.

  8. Open the printer test page:

    greensecurityllc.com/facility/printer-test

    The page will attempt to find supported printers.

  9. The Zebra Browser Print utility should prompt you to add the Green Security's website to the accepted hosts lists. Click the "Yes" button to allow this.

  10. The Zebra Browser Print utility will open and should now include the www.greensecurityllc.com domain under the "Accepted Hosts" section.

  11. Close the Zebra Browser Print window, then refresh the Green Security printer test page. The page should now list your Zebra printer.

  12. Click the "Print Test" link for your printer to confirm the Green Security site can print to your printer.
