How to Respond to an Appointment Request from a Vendor

  1. Sign into your Green Security account.
  2. In your dashboard, select "Calendar".
  3. Select "Pending Invitations". If you received an appointment request notification to your email, you can follow the link within the email.
  4. Under the Event Invitation, select "Accept" or "Decline".
  5. Enter any notes if applicable, and then select "Accept Invite" or "Decline Invite".
  6. An email is sent to the vendor indicating your response.
