Updating your Profile Information

  1. Sign into your Green Security account.
  2. In your dashboard, click "Manage My Profile", or your name in the top right corner.
  3. On the "General" tab, enter personal and contact information.
  4. If you want to be able to receive text notifications to your mobile phone number, select "Provide SMS Consent" > "I Accept".
  5. Enter location and time zone information.
  6. To hide your account from appearing in the directory when other users are setting up an appointment, clear the "Show in Directory" option.
  7. To change your password, select "Change Password". Enter your old password, new password, and confirm your new password, and then select "Update Password".
