Zebra Printing on iPads

Supported Zebra printers on iPads must include the following:

• 300 dpi resolution
• Network addressable interface (wired or wireless)

There are several models of Zebra printers with this criteria. Supported models may be found on the Zebra printer models page.

To configure printing on an iPad, do the following:

1. Configure your Zebra printer on your wireless network and determine the current IP address of your Zebra printer.
2. Disable sleep mode on your Zebra printer.
3. Contact the Green Security customer service team at 866-750-3373 so the appropriate zone may be configured with your printer's IP address.
4. Once configured, the Gatekeeper Kiosk app will automatically connect to the printer when a print job is necessary.
